The CCNO Board is 10 people: Fulton, Defiance Henry, Lucas and Willams Counties each have one County Commissioner and the Sheriff who assigned to govern OUR jail. There are 284 Federal Detainees in our jail today 4/14/26! 256 of those have no charges - they are being detained by our counties under contract FOR PROFIT.
Last year CCNO made $2.1million in profit for holding our neighbors WITHOUT charges for Civil Offenses.
This Board has the power to terminate this contract with 30 days written notice to the Federal Government.
